Refund & Returns Policy

PLEASE NOTE: Product Key is a “DIGITAL PRODUCT” that cannot be returned once delivered via email because it is not a physical product that can be re-soled to another user, so “No Refund” is an issue; however, for our customers, we have a Refund Policy that is as follows:

No Refund in the below cases:

  • The buyer places the incorrect order without thoroughly reading the product description, and the product key has already been delivered via email.
  • Due to a poor internet connection, the buyer is unable to download the software file.
  • Due to a lack of technical knowledge, the buyer fails to download and install the software.
  • If the Product Key fails to activate on the buyer’s computer system, will send a new Product Key via email within a specified time frame. Buyer must send a Full-Screen Screenshot that includes the Error Window, Current Date and Time to [email protected].
  • Buyers have only 15 days from the date of purchase to notify us of a Product Key activation failure; after 15 days, no New Product Key will be issued under any circumstances.
  • For third-party domain Office 365 accounts, there is no refund for forgotten passwords after the first password change.

Refund in the below cases:

  • Refund will be issued if fails to deliver the Product Key through email then an Automatic Refund is processed.
  • For 3rd party domain Office 365 account – domain not working, subscription disable case.

Refund Time

  • The refund may take up to 1-3 business days to process. Once processed, the refund amount will be transferred to the buyer’s Payment Source (Credit/Debit Card, Bank Account, or Wallet) within 2-14 business days, depending on the buyer’s bank or service provider.
